Algemeen

Om de palliatieve zorgcultuur in onze regio verder uit te dragen, ook naar het grote publiek toe, organiseren wij sensibilisatie activiteiten rond het thema "Palliatieve zorg".

Doelstelling

Doelstelling van deze activiteiten is informatie te geven rond palliatieve zorg en beslissingen bij het levenseinde en op een interactieve manier aan te zetten tot discussie en gedachtenwisseling.

Organisatie

U kan een sensibilisatie activiteit plannen voor uw organisatie of een bepaalde doelgroep.

Indien het tot een samenwerking komt dan wordt een samenwerkingsovereenkomst opgesteld.

De organiserende instelling/organisatie voorziet in: lokaal, didactisch materiaal, bekendmaking in de instelling, samenstelling van de groep conform de afspraken.

Tijdstip en duur: datum en uur van de sensibilisatie worden bepaald in overleg.

Groepsgrootte: wordt bepaald in overleg

Kostprijs: algemene richtprijs 100,00 euro, excl. verplaatsingsonkosten - Voordrachten buiten de werkingsuren (avonden en weekenden) vragen wij 150,00 euro (excl. verplaatsingonkosten)
